The Placement Cell of Kalindi College, known as ‘Kryptus’, came into existence in September 2017. Currently, the team consists of 32 student members who work with determination and dedication to deliver the best to their fellow students. The induction of the student council was to have representation of students in the placement cell to better understand their needs and to smooth the channels of communication and dissemination. The prime motive of the placement cell is to provide the undergraduate students with internship and placement opportunities in organisations of various industries.

During this present era of competition, it is a must to be filled with various skill requirements. Hence, Kryptus not only focuses on providing internships and placements, but it also organises webinars under the ‘Soft Skills Development Cell’ that give the students an insight into the skill sets expected by the recruiters. Soft Skills Development Cell is just an extension of the Placement Cell ‘Krytpus’, which helps students to gather knowledge on group discussions, personal interviews, resume building and other such requirements.

The Kalindi College offers extensive financial support through various scholarships and focuses 

on rewarding merit and all-around performance. Another motive of the scholarships is to aid needy students, including those from economically weaker sections, reservedcategories, and physically disabled students. 

Students can also take government schemes benefits through the National Scholarship Pattern (NSP and Delhi’s e-District portal.
