The Placement Cell of Kirori Mal College has witnessed an unprecedented turnout this year, with 155 recruiters actively engaging with the students, resulting in a record-breaking Gross CTC of INR 17.8 Crores. Reflecting the diverse spectrum of opportunities available, the session boasted an impressive Average Offered CTC of INR 7.3 LPA, with an exceptional Average Accepted CTC of INR 10.80 LPA. This year, more than 100 students successfully secured placements, with the highest CTC touching an impressive INR 24.8 LPA. 

The success of their internship program is equally noteworthy, with over 380 recruiters offering around 1000 internship opportunities this year. Notably, the average aggregate stipend amounted to INR 33,750, while the highest stipend reached a remarkable INR 1,70,000. 

An institution's alumni network plays a pivotal role in its success, contributing significantly to its reputation. Avenues - The Placement Cell facilitated connections with over 215 firms this session, simplifying the job search process for students. 

It organises pre-placement talks, resume-building sessions, mock interviews, group discussions, industry webinars, and aptitude tests. They host internship fairs and collaborate wih alumni for mentorship programs. 

Kirori Mal College provides financial support to students through a combination of college-level aid, DU schemes, and government/national scholarships.

• Students belonging to the Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes are eligible for the Post-Matric Scholarships of the Directorate of Education, Delhi Administration, Delhi. 

• Under the National Loan Scholarship Scheme, students who have obtained a first division (60% marks or more) in their last public examination can apply for a loan through the College.

• Financial assistance in the form of a Fee Concession is available for deserving students. Online applications in the prescribed form should be submitted before the date notified for this purpose. No student will be considered for the grant of financial assistance unless they have applied by the notified date. 

• Some State Government Free ships are available for students belonging to special categories. Information regarding such awards will be put up on the College Notice Board. Applications for these Free ships have to be made through the College by the notified date. 

• The ‘Prime Minister’s Scholarship Scheme (PMSS) is being implemented to encourage technical and post-graduate education for the widows and wards of the deceased/ex-service personnel of the Armed Forces. The scheme is funded out of the National Defence Fund administered by the Prime Minister’s Office. Scholarships are available for education at various technical institutions (medical, dental, veterinary, engineering, MBA, MCA and other equivalent technical institutions having AICTE/UGC approval).
