The Training and placement cell of MIT Muzaffarpur is headed by Mr. Shadab Rabbani, Assistant Professor, Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering. The objective of this cell is to take care of the students‟ training programme during the college days and guide them in seeking employment by arranging campus interviews in the college, make them aware of the vacancies existing in various industries/organizations and help them get employment after passing out from this institute. This cell is also responsible for organizing the annual placement exercise of the institute and also facilitates companies to conduct their recruitment procedure.

TPC actively facilitates internships, though many are student-driven or through external platforms (e.g., Internshala for listings and opportunities). The cell arranges industrial exposure, summer internships, and project-based stints, often tied to curricula or leading to PPOs.
