For admission in MBIT, students need to fulfill eligibility criteria, which are mentioned below:
- For B.E/B.Tech: Candidates must have passed Class 12 (10+2 or equivalent) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of the required subjects, with a minimum aggregate marks to be 45%.
- For M.Tech: Candidates must have passed B.E./B.Tech or equivalent degree in the relevant/relevant field with a minimum aggregate 50% marks.
- For MBA: Students must pass a recognised Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognised university in any discipline with a minimum 50% aggregate marks.
- For MCA: Students must passed BCA / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent degree OR Passed B.Sc./B.Com./B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at graduation level.
- Selection Criteria: entrance exam scores + Class 12 marks via centralised counselling
- Accepted Exams: KCET, COMEDK UGET, JEE Main, PGCET, GATE, KMAT, CMAT, etc
How to Apply:
- Decide your quota: KCET (for Karnataka students), COMEDK (for all India, including Delhi), or management quota (direct with college).
- Register yourself using your name, mobile number, email and create an account.
- Fill the online form with your personal details, education marks, category if any, and entrance exam score, if you have one.
- Upload scanned copies of required documents.
- Pay the application/registration fee online using card, net banking or UPI.
- Submit the form and save or print the application number/confirmation page.
- For KCET or COMEDK: Wait for exam date, appear in the test, check results, then fill college & branch choices during counseling rounds.
- For management quota: After submitting the form on college site, wait for college to contact you or check your status on their portal.
- If you get a seat (through allotment or management), visit the college with original documents for verification and pay the admission fee to confirm.
