- M.Sc. (2 years) - Bachelor’s degree in relevant science subject with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwD). Valid IIT JAM score.
- Ph.D. - Master’s degree in relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwD). Valid GATE/UGC-NET/CSIR-NET/JRF or institute entrance test + interview.
