Navrachana University’s placement process is designed to make recruitment easy and flexible to optimize students’ success. It has a dedicated Career Development Cell that facilitates training, skill development, internships, and recruitment drives. It also provides pre-placement training to its students which includes soft skills and personality development, resume building, mock interviews preparations and other activities. The placement cell also organises guest lecturers from industries to provide career counselling to students. 

The Career Development Cell  also maintains strong industry ties, serves as a mediator between student and companies, organises on-camous as well as off-campus opportunities. University Placements are strong in the field like Engineering, Design, Management, and IT, with a focus on making students industry-ready through project based learning and internships. Students are selected on the basis of their performance in interview and academics. The Navrachana University offers financial support to those students who are good in academics but lack financial resources through its primary Merit-cum-Need Based Scholarship Policy. The University also facilitates access to government schemes and provides additional benefits like discount in hostel fees. 

Scholarships are limited and are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis if there are more students than the available seats. 

• Merit-cum-Need Based Scholarships: This scholarship has the purpose to reward high scholastic achievement while providing financial support. To be eligible for this scholarship, students must have minimum 65% marks in their HSC and combined family income should not exceed 2 lacs per annum. 
• Benefits & Renewal: Selected student gets Partial to full tuition fee waiver and additional 10% discount on hostel accommodation fees for scholarship recipients. Scholarship gets renewed in next year only if the students maintain a minimum of 7.0 CGPA. 
• Application Process: Apply during admission with required documents (income proof, marksheets, certificates).
