Under the CCD, NITMAS has a Training & Placement Cell that provides the required assistance to students facing campus interviews effectively. It is headed and manned by senior Professionals experienced in HR/HRD-related activities. The cell is assisted by the "Student/Placement Coordinators" to lead the team of Placement Representatives from various courses. The cell focuses majorly on bridging the gap between academia and industry, preparing students for successful careers through comprehensive training and placement support.

The T & P cell also conducts programmes like mock interviews, group discussions, career mapping, personality development sessions, career planning, technical and communication skills. to ensure effective placements. It actively invites companies for campus drives and maintains excellent records.

NITMAS is committed to ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder talented students from pursuing higher education. It offers merit-based scholarships to deserving students, often aligned with their academic performance. 

Scholarships are usually renewable each semester/year based on maintaining good academic performance. Students must submit relevant documents.

Application Process: Scholarships are considered during the admission process, and no separate application is typically needed.
