Eligibility and Entrance Exams
Undergraduate Programs- After sussesfullly completion of 12th (or equivalent) from a recognized board. minimum of 50-60% aggregate marks required to get admission in UG program. (specific requirements may apply for certain subjects).
Accepted entrance exams:
- Law programs- LSAT-India.
- Non-law programs- JSAT (Jindal Scholastic Aptitude Test), SAT, ACT, or equivalents.
- Architecture/Design: NATA, UCEED, NID, NIFT, or JCAT (Jindal Creative Aptitude Test).
- Exemptions possible for high scores in standardized tests.
Popular UG programs include:
- Law: BA LL.B., BBA LL.B., LL.B.
- Business: BBA (Hons.), Integrated BBA+MBA.
- Liberal Arts & Humanities, Psychology, Journalism, Global Affairs, Environment & Sustainability, etc.

The office of Career Services bridges the gap between students and the industry. They make students successful in career vy supporting them in their search for short-term and long-term internships, guiding them in job search process and train them on employability skills. With their strong interpersonal relationships to provide quality internship and placement opportunities to their students. The OCS provides dedicated support, including career counselling, internships, skill development workshops, and recruitment drives. It also hosts one-on-one counselling sessions, open houses, and resume and cover letter writing workshops.
Internships are also a key component of a student’s career development. The various internship options are provided by OCS to enhance the chances of students so that they can get an internship in their field of interest. Each programme has a designated SPOC member who provides personal counselling for ideal career progression. The OCS-JGLS facilitates and supports all students to attain internships each semester.
The OCS acts as a mediator, facilitating communication and ensuring a smooth experience for both parties. It also has a policy in place that establishes clear expectations for the students and provides them with clear guidance.
