Department of Training and Placement at Oxford College of Engineering gives high priority to the importance of training and mentoring. The best and most in-demand training is offered to the students at TOCE. Along with training, students are encouraged to enrol on Certification Programmes. Various placement preparation activities are carried out throughout the year. 

Every student of TOCE is given equal and enough opportunities for Internship and Final Placement. Campus placement is organized at the college level throughout the year so that the maximum number of students get placed. The Training and Placement Cell also guides the students for higher studies. Key Activities of Placement Cell:

• It conducts comprehensive training in aptitude, technical skills, soft skills, mock interviews, resume building, and career counselling to boost student readiness.
• It invites reputed companies for on-campus recruitment, coordinates interviews, the selection process, and tracks participation.
• The placement cell arranges guest lectures, technical talks, workshops, seminars, and domain-specific sessions.
• It facilitates industrial visits, internships, expert talks, and collaborations to provide real-world insights and networking opportunities.
• The cell offers personalized counseling, runs ongoing programs throughout the year for aptitude tests, mock sessions, and employability enhancement. 

The Oxford College of Engineering, Bangalore, primarily facilitates access to government and external scholarships. It does not offer many large in-house ones. The college supports students by providing guidance, notices, and assistance in applying through portals like the NSP and Karnataka state schemes. 

To be eligible for Government schemes, students must be Domicile of Karnataka and have all the mandatory and required documents.

Merit based scholarships are offered to top academic performers.

Need based scholarships are offered to students with low family income.
