The P.G.D.A.V. College has an active and dedicated Placement Cell that serves as an interface between the students and the corporate world. Apart from bringing various companies to the campus, the placement cell also organises talks, internship opportunities, study abroad seminars, and workshops for the collective student body.

In doing so, the Placement cell ensures that they fulfil their primary focus of providing a helping hand to students in their initial step into the world of work, thereby creating a legacy. Key Activities of Placement Cell:

• The cell organises on-campus placements and recruitment drives. It invites reputed companies for campus recruitment and facilitates full-time job placements. 
• It facilitates internships and hosts an annual internship fair ‘CONVERGE’, a large-scale event which is open to students across Delhi University and Delhi-NCR.
• The placement cell conducts regular training sessions to build employability skills. These include workshops on communication skills, personality development, GD, mock interviews, resume/CV building, Excel training, SWOT analysis, and others technical/soft skills. 
• The cell also organises guest lectures, seminars, webinars, career guidance sessions, industry expert talks, and study abroad seminars. 
• The Placement cell also manages events like placement brochure releases, recruitment seasons, and collaborative initiatives. It maintains an active online presence on social media platforms.

The PGDAV College provides multiple scholarships and financial aid options to support meritorious, needy, and reserved category students. These help reduce financial barriers and encourage academic excellence. Apart from scholarship programmes, fee concessions are also available for economically weaker students, outstanding sports persons, and others who are subject to good conduct, academic performance, and regular attendance.
