Pondicherry University Karaikal Scholarships: Eligibility & Scholarship Amount 2026

Pondicherry University provides a variety of scholarships for deserving candidates who have enough knowledge in their academics and have advance skill in the programs. Applicants who have maximum score in their academic section have the opportunity to avail the scholarship scheme offered by the university.

Important Scholarships and their eligibility are mentioned below. 

• Merit Scholarship- Top 3 students based on CUET-PG entrance scores receive ₹2,000, ₹1,500, and ₹1,000 per month (first semester) renewable based on SGPA.
• Merit-cum-Means Scholarship(MCM)-  INR 750 per month for 20% of PG students; eligibility requires good SGPA, 70% attendance, parental income of INR 2.5 Lakh/year
• Scholarships for M.Sc. Marine Biology & Disaster Management
• N.B.H.M. Scholarship
• Government of India SC/ST/OBC Scholarship- Available for Puducherry UT residents.
• Indira Gandhi Scholarship for Single Girl Child- Eligible via NSP portal (Post-Matric for SC/ST, Single Girl Child, rank holders)
