Poornima University offers a Training and Placement (T&P) Cell, which is a crucial link connecting academia with the industry. Moreover, the university T&P Cell focuses on nurturing industry-ready professionals across disciplines such as engineering, management, humanities, information technology, hotel management, design, commerce, and science. It plays an important role in fostering holistic student development and ensures that our students are well-prepared for the corporate world.

Scholarship Award and Criteria: The scholarship is granted based on the tuition fee. Scholarships are determined based on the aggregate marks of the best five subjects. If the percentage has already been calculated by the board & mentioned on the marksheet, that will be considered, and there will be no opportunity to recalculate using the best five subjects. Awarded to 2024 & 2025 (10+2) pass-out students only

Eligibility and Restrictions: Students with a compartment in 12th are ineligible for UG program scholarships, even with provisional admission. Each student can receive only one scholarship at a time. No changes to the scholarship category are allowed during the same or later years of the program. It is not possible to change the type of scholarship/ category

Scholarship Continuation Criteria

• Continuation is based on the SGPA of the previous year (Theory Papers Only)
• Backlogs in the previous year lead to scholarship discontinuation for all upcoming years.
• Once discontinued, a scholarship will not be reinstated during the remaining duration of the program.
• Scholarship is given on the tuition fee only.
