REVA University has a dedicated Placement and Training Cell that focuses on improving student employability through structured career development programs. The cell conducts regular skill training, aptitude preparation, mock interviews, resume building sessions, and industry interaction programs to prepare students for corporate requirements. It also maintains strong collaboration with companies across IT, finance, consulting, and core sectors for campus recruitment and internship opportunities.

The Internship Cell helps students gain real-time industry exposure by connecting them with companies for short-term and long-term internships. It supports students in finding roles aligned with their specialisation and ensures practical learning alongside academics. Through continuous industry tie-ups and training support, the university aims to bridge the gap between classroom learning and professional job readiness.

REVA University offers a wide range of scholarships and financial aid programs to support meritorious and deserving students. The main scholarships include RISE Scholarship (based on aptitude test), Merit Scholarship (based on 12th or entrance exam scores), Sports Scholarship, NCC Scholarship, Defence/Police wards scholarship, Sibling & Staff quota scholarship, and Referral scholarship. These scholarships mainly provide tuition fee waivers ranging from 5% to 100%, depending on eligibility and performance.

Scholarships are awarded at the time of admission and continued only if students maintain good academic performance, attendance requirements (around 90%), and no backlogs. The university allows students to apply for only one scholarship category at a time under its single-scholarship policy.
