Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies- SSCBS New Delhi Scholarships: Eligibility & Scholarship Amount 2026

SSCBS Best All-Round Student Award given to the best student of the outgoing batch (UG or PG). Late Ganpat Ram Agarwal Award for an all-round undergraduate student from the EWS background. Pratibha Merit Scholarship awarded to 2nd-year BMS / BBA-FIA / B.Sc.(H) CS students whose family income is below INR 5 lakhs, based on their 1st-year CGPA and income. Udaan Scholarship Programme for 3rd-year B.Sc.(H) Computer Science students from low-income families (income under INR 3 lakhs), based on 2nd-year performance. Shri Pooran Mal Award for SC/ST category student from 2nd or 3rd year of any undergraduate course (BMS / BBA-FIA / B.Sc CS), if they meet minimum marks and family income criteria.

Also, other merit- or income-based awards/scholarships exist (for example: scholarships for students with high academic performance, or from economically weaker backgrounds) under different award names as per donor/college funds. Beyond these, SSCBS also provides financial assistance/fee waivers/reimbursements to economically weaker or deserving students. For instance, the college reportedly disbursed over INR 26.8 lakhs to 146 students under its financial-assistance / scholarship support programme. 

Additionally, External / Government / Other Scholarships are, since SSCBS is part of the University of Delhi (DU) system, many of the centrally run scholarship schemes and government scholarship/fellowships (for SC / ST / OBC / PWD / Minorities / Economically Weaker Sections, etc.) that are available to DU students are also accessible to eligible SSCBS students. So, depending on your background (income, category, domicile, disability, etc.), you can apply to those scholarships via the relevant portals in addition to SSCBS’s internal aid.
