SRCC has its own placement cell ensuring the students are trained and given proper resources to boost their career start. Through workshops, mentorship sessions, CV Writing, Interview preparation, and communication & networking allows students to gain knowledge and act as the link between students and the industry. The highest package was INR 36 LPA, the average package was INR 9.9 LPA, and the median package was INR 7.7 LPA. In total, 115+ recruiters visited the campus, and 520+ offers were made. 50+ mentors, 75+ sessions, and students are trained actively. Internships: 120+ offers were made, the highest stipend being 2.2 LPM, the average was 45.8 KPM, and the median stipend was 40 KPM. 

Shri Ram College of Commerce provides various scholarship scheme to its students in financial aid, and recognizes students for their hard work. SRCC caters to its students and allow them to study in a good environment without worrying. Some of the scholarships mentioned below:-

• Aabhaas Hajela Memorial Scholarship:
• Eligibility criteria- students in the PwD category, under the B.Com course, overall topper of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th sem.
• A scholarship of 25000 per annum is given.

• C.B. Gupta Memorial Scholarship
• A Scholarship of 12000 per annum is given to first-year students.
• One need-cum-merit scholarship is given to the students in financial aid.

• College scholarship
• 12000 per annum scholarship is given to the students of B.A., B.Com and M.Com in financial aid. 
• Family income should not be above 6 Lacs per annum.

• Earn while you learn scheme

A scheme where students are given a chance to work and get a stipend from the college. Where students are required to complete the tasks given by the college for a minimum of 12 hours monthly. The amount of stipend depends on the number of work hours, max 4,800 monthly. Eligibility- for UG students of B.Com & B.A., 2 seats are reserved for women and 2 seats for SC/ST students.
