Siddhant College of Engineering has a dedicated Training & Placement Cell of the institute, which is actively involved in industrial training, project work and placement of students. The institute's focus on T&P cell is to bridge the gap between pharma industry and academic institutes for better development of pharma students and make them employable. The core function of a cell is to make contact with HR departments of multinational pharmaceutical companies and to submit resumes for suitable job positions.

Cell regularly arranges group discussions, pre-campus placement training and aptitude tests for pharmacy applicants to have better prospects and career growth. It also organises the visit to pharmaceutical industries for up gradation of the current scenario in the technology of the pharma sector.

OBJECTIVES OF THE CELL

• SCOE Sudumbare offers requisite training to students in the area of Personality Development and Communication Skills.
• Equipping the students can be done through continuous training sessions.
• students' console to improve their careers.
• To organise campus interviews for final year students with industries and business houses of repute from all over India.
• To approach multinational companies for arranging the campus recruitment.
• To prepare students to face campus interviews by arranging training in Aptitude tests, group discussions, and preparing for Technical and HR interviews through professional trainers.
• To promote career counselling by organising guidance lectures by senior corporate personnel and, most importantly, by the immediately placed senior students.
• Maintaining regular interaction with the industry through Seminars, Guest Lectures, Conferences, and Corporate Meetings.

SCOE Sudumbare supports various Post Matric Scholarships and freeships under Government of India/Maharashtra schemes, especially for reserved categories (SC, ST, OBC, VJNT, SBC, NT, EBC). These are disbursed through the Social Welfare Department and the MAHADB portal. Students from economically backward backgrounds can also get institute-level fee concessions.

Common scholarships include:

• Post Matric Scholarship for SC/ST Students-  Full/partial tuition waiver. 
• Post Matric Scholarship for OBC/VJNT/SBC/NT- Partial tuition reimbursement (around INR 20,000–INR 42,000 or more depending on category and year.
• EBC (Economically Backward Class) Concession- For open category students with family income below certain limits (typically INR 8 Lakhs), the tuition fee is halved or reduced (INR 55,000 to INR 30,000–INR 36,500 per year).
• TFWS (Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme)- For meritorious students (5% supernumerary seats), full tuition waiver.
• Other Government Schemes-  NSP (PM-USP) Yojana for high performers (up to INR 82,000 per annum for eligible UG/PG students with 80%+ in Class 12 and income INR 4.5 Lakhs); scholarships for minorities, SBC, etc.
• Institute-Level/Non-Government Support- Fee concessions for economically weak students (INR 30,000 concession in some cases, as per management decisions); freeships to help complete education.
