Sreenidhi University has an active placement cell that connects students with top recruiters across industries. The University operates its Career Development Centre in close collaboration with the well established placement ecosystem. Its placement cell is subdivided to provide systematically arranged placements and other career related activities. It has Career Development Centre, Skill Development Centre, CETLI, and Sustainable Development Goals.

Its Career Development Center plays a pivotal role in shaping students into industry ready professionals. They aim at bridging the gap between academic knowledge and professional expectation by empowering students through focused training, personalised career guidance, and real-world exposure. 

It also has a structured Skill Development Centre (SDC) and a robust placement program. With a career-driven approach, advanced training modules, and strong industry collaborations. It offers PPT which includes training on resume building, mock interviews, soft skills, etc. The University is proud of its strong placement track record, reflecting the success of its academic excellence. 

As Sreenidhi University is a newly established institution, it offers limited direct scholarships primarily focused on merit. There is no extensive government scholarship integration yet unlike other affiliated colleges. 

At the University, students are eligible for merit-based scholarships at the time of admission, determined by a holistic evaluation of three key criteria: their Grade 12 academic performance, EAMCET score, and results from the Sreenidhi University Common Entrance Test (SUCET). This comprehensive approach ensures that scholarships are awarded to deserving candidates who demonstrate strong academic potential across multiple benchmarks.
