Placement at UCEN, Placement Cell & Training Support, UCEN has a dedicated Training & Placement Cell that manages student recruitment and industry coordination. The cell conducts aptitude training, communication skill sessions, technical workshops, resume building, mock interviews, and personality development programs. Final-year students are guided for internships, competitive exams, and higher studies.
 

Recruitment Process companies visit the campus for pre-placement talks, written tests, technical interviews, HR interviews, and final selection rounds.
