VNS Group of Colleges maintains a dedicated Training and Placement Cell (also referred to as Employment, Training, and Development ETD cell or simply Placement Cell). This cell focuses on bridging the gap between academia and industry by organising are mantined below:- 

• Training Programs: Soft skills development, aptitude training, mock interviews, group discussions, webinars, seminars, personality development sessions, and technical skill enhancement to prepare students for corporate roles.
• Industry Interactions: Guest lectures, industrial visits, workshops, and collaborations with companies.
• Campus Recruitment Drives: On-campus and off-campus (including mega open campus drives) placement opportunities, often starting from the final year (or earlier for some programs like MBA internships in the 2nd/3rd semester).
• Internships: Mandatory or facilitated industrial training, summer internships, and project-based exposure, particularly in engineering, pharmacy, and management streams. These help build practical experience and often lead to pre-placement offers (PPOs).

VNS Group of Colleges primarily facilitates government-sponsored scholarships rather than offering many institution-specific ones. The college assists eligible students in applying for and availing these benefits, especially for MP domicile students. Key details include:

• Scholarship is provided to the students belonging to reserved class (SC/ST/OBC) as per rules and regulations of Govt. of Madhya Pradesh.
• Chancellor Scholarship is provided by the Governor of Madhya Pradesh to the student securing highest score in the University in a year.
• For M.Tech. course, AICTE PG Scholarship of Rs 12,400/- per month is provided for GATE-qualified students only 

Eligibility:- 

• For OBC candidates annual income from all sources should be 300,000/-* or less.
• For SC/ST candidates annual income from all sources should be 600,000/-* or less. 
• For minority scholarship annual income from all sources should be 2,50,000/-* or less and 50% marks in last exam appeared.
• Only for M.Tech. Course candidates must have a valid GATE Score card in relevant discipline.

Other Important Note:- 

• For programs like M.Tech (GATE-qualified), AICTE PG scholarships of ₹12,400 per month may apply.
• The institution does not prominently list its own large merit scholarships (no mentions of 50–100% tuition waivers as institute-funded), but it actively supports state-level aid, including for reserved categories, minorities, and high achievers.
