NMAT by GMAC 2025 is a national-level management entrance examination conducted by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) for admission to MBA and other management programs offered by leading B-schools in India and abroad. Test evaluates candidates’ analytical, language, and reasoning skills through a computer-based exam designed for fairness, flexibility, and accessibility.
NMAT 2025 exam window is live now, and it will be live till December 2025, with candidates having the option to choose their preferred exam date, time, and test centre.

NMAT consists of three sections, each with an equal number of questions but different time limits:

Key Features of NMAT 2025
- No Negative Marking: Encourages candidates to attempt every question.
- Customizable Order: Candidates can select the sequence of sections before starting the exam.
- Multiple Attempts: Up to three attempts (one first attempt + two retakes) are allowed within the exam window.
- Score Scaling: Each section is scored on a scale of 12–120, and the overall score ranges between 36–360.
- Equal Weightage: Each section holds equal importance in the final score calculation.
How to Apply for NMAT 2025
Step 1: Visit the official NMAT website – www.mba.com/nmat.
Step 2: Register using a valid email ID and create a personal login.
Step 3: Fill in the required academic and personal details in the application form.
Step 4: Upload a recent passport-size photograph and digital signature.
Step 5: Pay registration fee online using Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI.
Step 6: Schedule your preferred test date, time, and centre after completing the registration.
Step 7: Download the admit card and carry it along with a valid ID proof on the exam day.
