St. Stephen's College offers a wide range of merit-cum-means scholarships, freeships, and financial aid to deserving UG and PG students, prioritising economically weaker sections, reserved categories, Christian minority students, and high achievers in academics/sports/extracurriculars.

Students must apply post-admission via the college office/principal’s recommendation, submitting income certificates, marksheets, and other required documents.
