The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) – NEET UG 2026 will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to undergraduate medical and allied health science courses in India. NEET UG is the single national-level entrance examination mandatory for admission to MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, BVSc & AH, and B.Sc Nursing (as applicable) courses offered by government, private, deemed, and central universities.

NEET UG 2026 will be held in offline (pen-and-paper) mode, and candidates must qualify the examination to participate in the All India Quota (AIQ), State Quota, and institutional-level counselling processes. Admission to medical colleges across India will be strictly based on NEET UG scores and merit ranks.

NEET UG 2026 – Application Process

The NEET UG 2026 application process will be conducted online only. Candidates are required to complete the following steps:

  2. Filling of personal, academic, and communication details
  3. Uploading of scanned photograph, signature, and required documents
  4. Payment of application fee through online payment modes
  5. Final submission and confirmation of the application form
     

Candidates are advised to carefully verify all details before submission, as corrections are allowed only during the officially announced correction window.

NEET UG 2026 – Admit Card

The NEET UG 2026 admit card will be issued online by NTA. It will contain:

  • Candidate’s name and roll number
  • Examination date and time
  • Test centre address
