The wait continues for nearly 49 lakh candidates who appeared in the SSC GD Constable Examination 2026. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is expected to release the SSC GD Result 2026, along with the merit list and category-wise cut-off marks, shortly on the official website ssc.gov.in.

- The Computer-Based Examination (CBE) was held from 27 April to 30/31 May 2026.

What Happens After the Result?
Candidates whose roll numbers appear in the merit list will be called for PET/PST (conducted by CRPF). This will be followed by Medical Examination and Document Verification. Final selection is based on performance in the written exam, subject to qualifying the physical and medical stages.
