Steps to Register:
- Visit upneet.gov.in
- Click on NEET UG 2026 Counselling Registration Link
- Fill up the registration form with personal and academic information and NEET details
- Upload requisite documents/certificates
- Pay the Non-Refundable Registration Fee of INR 2,000 and requisite Security Money through online mode
- Confirm and print the receipt
Note: You must use your own mobile number and email ID since all the communication would be done through the same

Security Deposit:
- For Government medical/dental colleges: INR 30,000
- For Private medical colleges: INR 2,00,000 (Some websites mention INR 3,00,000)
- For Private Dental Colleges: INR 1,00,0

Merit List
The state merit list (based on NEET UG 2026 scores + eligibility & domicile and category) is likely to come after the end of application window. The list will be released on upneet.gov.in. The candidate needs to fulfill UP domicile and other eligibility requirements for seats under the state quota.

- Class 10 & 12 mark sheets/certificates
- Domicile certificate (UP), caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS – if required)
- PwD certificate (if any)
