Georgian National University Tbilisi Admission 2026- Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

Admissions at SEU are straightforward, student-friendly, and primarily online for international self-financed students. The process is merit-based with dedicated support from the International Office.

Eligibility Criteria for MBBS:

• Age: Minimum 17 years.
• Academic: 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (minimum ~50% aggregate for medical programs).
• NEET: Qualified (mandatory for Indian students for MD/DMD).
• Valid passport and medical fitness.

Admission Process:

• Research and Program Selection - Visit the official website (seu.edu.ge/en) and choose your desired program.
• Fill Online Application - Complete the online application form and attach the required documents.
• Submit Documents - Required documents typically include: Copy of passport, High school certificate/transcripts (10th & 12th), NEET scorecard (for medical), passport-size photos, application/registration fee receipt, and medical fitness certificate.
• Document Review & Interview - The admissions team reviews documents and may conduct an online/video interview to assess eligibility and English proficiency.
• Receive Offer Letter - Successful applicants receive an official conditional or unconditional offer/admission letter (usually within 7 working days).
• Pay Initial Tuition Fee - Pay the first semester/year tuition fee as instructed.
• Document Recognition & Enrollment - University assists with translation, notarization, and recognition of documents by Georgian authorities (takes 2–4 weeks).
• Apply for Student Visa - Apply for a Georgian student visa at the nearest embassy/consulate using the offer letter and other required documents.
• Travel and Final Registration - Arrive in Tbilisi before the intake, complete university registration, attend orientation, and begin classes.
