Tongji Medical College’s admission process for the international MBBS program follows the guidelines of the Ministry of Education of China and the International Education College. It is merit-based and primarily online.
Eligibility Criteria:
Non-Chinese citizens, aged 18–25, in good physical and mental health.
Senior high school graduate with strong PCB scores (minimum ~70% aggregate preferred).
NEET is qualified for Indian students.
English proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL if required; exemptions possible).
Application Process:
Apply online through the HUST or Tongji Medical College international student portal.
Upload required documents such as passport, transcripts, NEET scorecard, physical exam, etc.
Pay the application fee.
Application review (possible interview).
Receive Admission Letter and JW202 Form.
Apply for the X1 visa and register in September.
