ABIT has a placement cell which takes it their responsibility to improve the skill sets of the students and make them corporate-ready. We have a well-structured PPT which helps students to sharpen their technical skills and polish their communication skills, and make them ready for the corporate world. These programs aim at preparing the students from a campus point of view.

The training is divided into 3 categories:

• Technical – This training is meant to prepare students to face the written exams, which are part of the recruitment process of most of the companies.
• Aptitude – This training is meant for preparing students to face the written exams, which are part of the recruitment process of most of the companies.
• Soft Skills – This training is imparted to students to enhance their communication skills and to teach corporate etiquette so that they are well prepared not only to face group discussion, interviews, role plays and other assessments but also have no problem in blending into the corporate culture after joining a company.

The students are given the opportunity to go for Summer Training & Internships as per their academic requirements. Some of the companies where their students got jobs for Summer Hal, Bosch, R&B Division, OPTCL, IMFA, Vissa Steel, NALCO, IFFCO, Tata Motors, Bokaro Steel Plant, Jindal Steel Ltd., East Coast Railway, etc.
