AIT Institutional scholarships under its own trust fund (B.D. Charitable Society) to support meritorious and financially weaker students. Categories Included Merit-based scholarships for high performers, economically weaker students, Girls students (to encourage female participation), Defence quota students, and Scholarships aimed to motivate students to continue their studies.

Typical benefit up to INR 82,000 per year, regular institute enrolment, minimum attendance/marks, and an income certificate.
