Arundathi Institute does not have a traditional placement cell like engineering colleges. Like all medical colleges, it follows the standard one-year compulsory rotating internship for MBBS students.

• Every MBBS student must complete a 12-month compulsory rotating internship at the attached Arundathi Hospital (350+ beds).

• Students get hands-on training in all major departments — Medicine, Surgery, Paediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, Emergency, etc.

• Interns receive a monthly stipend of around INR 17,000 as per Telangana government norms.

• The hospital provides good clinical exposure with decent patient load, especially in OPD and general cases.

Arundathi Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS) Placements:

• Most graduates either join PG courses (NEET-PG) or work as medical officers in private hospitals.

• Many prefer to continue working in the same Arundathi Hospital after internship.

• Some students get absorbed directly into the hospital as junior doctors.

• No formal campus placement drive is conducted. Students usually find jobs through hospital networks, personal contacts, or by applying directly.
