Autonomous State Medical College Society Admission Process

Admission to the MBBS program at Autonomous State Medical College Society, Hardoi, is conducted through the national medical entrance examination and centralized counselling system.

Entrance Examination

  • Candidates must qualify for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET‑UG), conducted by the National Testing Agency.

  • Admission is granted strictly based on the NEET score and rank.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English.

  • Minimum 50% aggregate marks in PCB subjects for the general category (40% for reserved categories).

Counselling Procedure

  • After qualifying NEET-UG, candidates must participate in the counselling process for seat allotment.

  • 15% All India Quota seats are filled through counselling conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee.

  • 85% State Quota seats are filled through Uttar Pradesh NEET-UG Counselling conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education and Training, Lucknow.

Choice Filling and Seat Allotment

  • Eligible candidates register on the counselling portal and select preferred colleges.

  • Seats are allotted based on NEET rank, category, reservation policy, and seat availability.

Reporting to the College

  • Candidates allotted a seat in ASMC Hardoi must report to the college within the specified time.

  • They must complete document verification, fee payment, and admission formalities to confirm their seat.
