Placements and Internship at Ayaan Institute of Medical Sciences does not have a traditional placement cell like engineering colleges. Like all medical colleges, it follows the standard one-year compulsory rotating internship for MBBS students.

• Most graduates either join PG courses (NEET-PG) or work as medical officers in private hospitals.
