Ballari Institute of Technology & Management- BITM Ballari Admission 2026: Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

Undergraduate Eligibility: Students seeking admission to the Bachelor of Engineering undergraduate programs in BITM must have a three-year undergraduate degree from any recognized university. UG passed with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks for general category applicants. For reserved category students, have some relaxation in aggregate marks.

Postgraduate Eligibility: After the completion of undergraduate programs successfully, students are eligible to get admission in MCA and MBA programs. Need a bachelor degree from any recognised university with minimum aggregate marks. BITM provides some relaxation in aggregate marks for students who belong to the reserved category.

The admission procedure is fully online. Students can apply through the official portal of Ballari Institute of Technology & Management (BITM). Before registration in Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses, read the prospectus carefully. Arrange all necessary documents at the time of the admission process.

Entrance exams to be required- Common Entrance Test / COMED-K/ AIEEE. (Eligibility as per the Govt. Norms from time to time.)

Follow the instructions given by BITM.

• Step 1. Students must check the eligibility criteria for admission in UG and PG programs.
• Step 2. Go to the official website of BITM. https://www.bitm.edu.in/ 
• Step 3. Click on the “Admission link” to get admission.
• Step 4. Tap on ‘Registration Link’ and fill in the “registration form” with a valid Aadhar number, Email ID, and mobile number to get a username and password.
• Step 5. After successful registration,” Username and Password” will be sent via the registered mobile number or email address.
• Step 6. Log in to the official students portal with the help of ‘password and Username’.
• Step 7. After the login, the application form opens. Fill the application form carefully with valid documents.
• Step 8. Upload all important documents in the application form (documents should be scanned)
• Step.9 After completing the application form, pay the registration fee and course fee through online payment methods (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, etc.) 
• Step 10. After document verification, applicants can download the fee receipt and acknowledgement slip provided by Ballari Institute of Technology & Management (BITM).

Personal Documents:

• Self-attested copy of Aadhar card
• Scanned Signature of students
• Self-attested scanned copy of Passport Size Photo of students
• Scanned copy of Caste Certificate (individuals who belong to other categories)

Qualification Documents:

• Scanned copy of 10+2 marksheet of applicants (200kb)
• Matriculation (10th) marksheet of applicants (150kb)
• Scanned copy of the Graduation certificate
• Provisional Certificate (if applicants do not have a Marksheet or a Degree certificate)
• Self-attested Transfer Certificate
