Bharat Technology Howrah Admission 2026: Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

Admission Process at Bharat Technology, West Bengal, Uluberia (Howrah) is conducted as per the guidelines of the regulatory authorities and affiliating bodies such as MAKAUT, PCI, AICTE, and the West Bengal State Government. Admissions are offered for D.Pharm, B.Pharm, and M.Pharm programs through entrance exams and merit-based selection.

Step 1: Eligibility Check

• D.Pharm, 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics from a recognised board.
• B.Pharm, 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry along with Mathematics/Biology.
• M.Pharm, B.Pharm degree from a PCI-approved institution with the required minimum percentage.

Step 2: Entrance Examination

• B.Pharm, Admission mainly through WBJEE (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination).
• D.Pharm, based on state-level pharmacy entrance/merit as notified by authorities.
• M.Pharm, through GPAT / PGET or merit-based selection as per MAKAUT norms.

Step 3: Counselling & Seat Allotment

• Qualified candidates must participate in state-level counselling conducted by the concerned authority.
• Seats are allotted based on entrance rank, availability of seats, and reservation norms.

Step 4: Application to the Institute

• After seat allotment, candidates must apply online or offline to Bharat Technology.

Submission of required documents and payment of one-time registration and admission fees are mandatory.
 

Step 5: Document Verification

Candidates must present original documents for verification, including:

• Entrance exam scorecard
• Academic mark sheets and certificates
