Bharati Vidyapeeth Dental College and Hospital (BVDCH), the admission process is fully online and based on the NEET entrance examination. Admissions to BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) and MDS (Master of Dental Surgery) are centralised and based on national-level entrance exams conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) and counselling by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for Deemed Universities.
- For BDS (Undergraduate)- It takes a minimum of 5 years (4 years academic + 1 year compulsory rotatory internship). Intake of 100 seats, and eligibility criteria passed 10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English individually. Minimum 50% aggregate in PCB (40% for SC/ST/OBC, 45% for PwD).
- For MDS (Postgraduate)- Duration of the program is 3 years and have Specialization in MDS, such as 9 branches (Prosthodontics, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, Conservative Dentistry) totalof 42-50 seats. Eligibility criteria is have to passs BDS degree from a DCI-recognised institution. Completed 1-year rotatory internship and Permanent/provisional registration with DCI/State Dental Council.
- Entrance Exam: NEET UG and NEET PG 2026 (expected in May 2026; registration likely February-March 2026).
- Online Admission Process:
- Appear and qualify in NEET UG and NEET PG.
- Register for MCC NEET UG Counseling on mcc.nic.in (All India Quota for Deemed Universities, including Management/NRI seats).
- Fill choices (select Bharati Vidyapeeth Dental College, Pune).
- Seat allotment in multiple rounds (Round 1, 2, Mop-up, Stray Vacancy).
If allotted, report to the college for document verification and fee payment.
