Admission Process and Eligibility Criteria at Bhaskar Medical College 2026

Bhaskar Medical College offers the MBBS undergraduate programme (150 seats) and 15 postgraduate MD/MS courses (total 72 seats). All admissions are strictly merit-based through national-level entrance exams and state counselling. There is no management or direct admission outside the NEET process.

MBBS (Undergraduate) – 150 Seats

Eligibility Criteria: students must have passed 12th or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English. They need a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in PCB (40% for SC/ST/BC/EWS candidates). The minimum age is 17 years as on 31 December of the admission year. 

Entrance Examination: Candidates must qualify NEET-UG with the required cutoff percentile as per NMC guidelines.

Online Admission Process 2026

1. Appear and qualify in NEET-UG conducted by NTA.

2. Register for Telangana State NEET-UG Counselling conducted by Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Warangal.

3. Fill choices and participate in counselling rounds (including stray vacancy rounds if needed).

5. After allotment, report to the college with all original documents, pay the prescribed fees, and submit required bonds/bank guarantees. The academic session usually begins on 1 August.

Postgraduate MD/MS Courses – 72 Seats

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must hold an MBBS degree from an NMC-recognised college, completed a one-year compulsory rotating internship, and possess permanent or provisional NMC/State Medical Council registration. They must qualify NEET-PG with the required cutoff. There is no separate minimum percentage in MBBS other than passing the degree.

Online Admission Process 2026:- 

1. Qualify NEET-PG conducted by NBE.

2. Register for counselling.

3. Participate in choice filling and seat allotment rounds.

4. After allotment, report to the college, submit original documents, pay fees, and execute the required service/study bonds (especially for management and non-service candidates).

Important Notes for Both UG & PG

• All admissions are centralised through NEET and KNRUHS counselling only.

• Candidates must submit the exact list of documents mentioned on the official college website (separate PDFs for MBBS and PG admissions 2025-26 are available).

• Bonds for fee reimbursement, genuinity of certificates, discontinuation, and service (where applicable) are mandatory.

• NRI and Management quota candidates need additional bank guarantees and declarations.
