• Register online on HSTES portal during the specified window. 
• Pay registration fee.
• Fill Online Application Form, and upload required documents.
• Choice Filling & Locking. Select preferred branches and colleges (include CDLSIET Sirsa in your priority list). Lock choices before deadline.
• HSTES conducts multiple online off-campus counseling rounds (usually 2-3 + spot rounds if seats remain). Seat allotment based on JEE Main rank, category, and choices.
• Pay Seat Acceptance Fee & Report. If allotted CDLSIET, pay the required fee online to confirm. Download allotment letter and report to the institute with originals for document verification and final admission
