The Placement Cell of DRC, named Vriddhi, operates with the motto ‘Maximising stellar growth’. It has a dedicated team of students and faculty members who focus on bridging the gap between the students and the corporate world, providing them with optimal career opportunities, and fostering holistic professional development. The placement cell functions year-round, facilitating campus recruitment drives and internships, while emphasising skill building to prepare students for the corporate world. 

It is a must for students to register with Vriddhi to access opportunities by obtaining a unique Placement Cell code, which enables applications for recruitments, internships, webinars, workshops, and seminars. 

Placement Cell’s Key Activities:

• It organises an Annual Career and Internship Fair called ‘Incrementum’ which connects more than 1,500 students with 35+ top recruiters, resulting in more than 200 placements and internships across domains. 
• It hosts Seminars, Webinars, and Workshops to give sessions on CV Building, Placement Training, Career Building, Financial Awareness, and Opportunities abroad. 
• The Placement cell/s other initiatives include comprehensive sessions on recruitment with renowned organisations, and organising events like orientation for first-years.
