The Corporate Resource Centre (CRC) at ADGIPS has been established to prepare its students for the large, competitive world. The CRC consists of a team that combines the academic power of ADGIPS with the vitality and ambition of the students. It helps them to develop and shape their vision through a whole series of Training and Placements. The CRC networks with the best companies in IT, Telecommunications, Mechanical, Electrical, retailing, manufacturing, FMCG, and many other industry sectors on a day-to-day basis. 

This has resulted in a strong and beneficial relationship for the students, the Institute and the business community. Industry and Corporate Personnel are regularly invited to interact with students and give them the feel of real life industry/business scenario. Every student is provided with ample opportunities for employment through campus interviews and placement processes which are conducted regularly for the entire year.

Placement Process:

• Pre-Placement Talk: Companies will come down to campus to conduct pre-placement talks. These talks will give students an idea about the recruiting organisations and opportunities available within these. 

• Submission of Resumes: The willing students submit their resumes to the company after the presentation or to the Placement committee in case the companies wish to have them early, before their arrival on campus.

• Campus Recruitment: The companies inform the Placement Committee about the recruitment procedure followed by them, like Group Discussions, Case Studies, Personal Interviews, and a written test. 

• Shortlisting of Candidates: Based on the resumes and their academic records. the companies prepare a list of eligible students and inform them advance to the Placement committee.
