ESIC Medical College & Hospital Jaipur Admission 2026: Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

The admission process at ESIC Medical College & Hospital is centralised and strictly based on NEET-UG scores, following NMC and ESIC guidelines. As a government institution under ESIC (Ministry of Labour & Employment), seats are allocated through MCC counselling for All India Quota and special quotas.

 Eligibility Criteria

• Passed 10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English. 

• Minimum aggregate in PCB: 50% for General/EWS,40% for SC/ST/OBC,45% for PwD (per NMC/NEET norms).

• Age: Minimum 17 years as on December 31 of admission year (2026).

• Qualify NEET-UG with required percentile/rank (high cutoff for ESIC seats due to limited intake). 

• For Insured Persons (IP) Quota (special ESIC reservation for wards of ESI-insured employees): Valid Ward of Insured Person Certificate from ESIC required,separate eligibility verification. 

Seat Allocation (for 50 MBBS seats, approximate based on ESIC patterns)

• All India Quota (AIQ): 15% (around 3-8 seats) via MCC.

• Insured Persons (IP) Quota: Significant portion (20-44%, around 22 seats) for wards of ESI-insured persons, allotted on All India basis through centralized counseling (often via MCC/DGHS). 

Admission Process Steps

• Appear & Qualify NEET-UG: Register on (online form, documents upload, fee payment), appear for exam, secure qualifying score/rank.

• NEET Results: Check NTA site for scores/percentile/rank. 

Counseling Registration:

• Register on MCC portal for AIQ, IP quota, and central seats (ESIC follows MCC for UG).

• For Delhi/state quota aspects, check Faculty of Medical Sciences if applicable (primarily MCC for ESIC).

• For IP quota: Special verification with ESIC certificate,pooled All India for wards of insured persons.
