The Faculty of Law, University of Allahabad, does not have a dedicated separate placement cell specifically for law programs. It relies heavily on the Central University Placement Cell (UPC) of the University of Allahabad. The UPC focuses on enhancing employability through personality development programms, skill building sessions, and facilitating on-campus and off-campus drives. However student reviews and reports that the placement support by Faculty if Law is limited. Still, students secure good role and pay after graduating from here. Overall placement rate is around 91% to 96% for law programmes. 

The average CTC offered to student is INR 5.06 LPA and the highest CTC offered is INR 10 LPA. Common recruiters includes those who occasionally hire law graduates such as TCS, Infosys, BPM, Wipro, Cognizant, ICICI Bank, Federal Bank, HCL, Byju’s etc for legal support roles. Primary recruiters includes law firms and corporate legal departments such as Khaitan & Co., Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, or local Allahabad based practices. The dominant recruiting law sectors are Judiciary and Public Sector, Litigation and Advocacy, Corporate Legal, Government and NGOs, Banking and Finance, IT/Conssulting, and others.
