GHRCEM Jalgaon offers admissions to undergraduate and postgraduate programs with a focus on engineering, management, and computer applications. Admissions for B.Tech are primarily entrance-based through centralized counselling, while MBA and MCA follow state-level CET processes. BBA and BCA admissions are mostly merit-based. The institute follows DTE Maharashtra guidelines and provides both CAP (Centralized Admission Process) and institute-level/management quota seats. Eligibility Criteria:

• B.Tech: Passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subjects. Minimum 45% aggregate (40% for reserved categories).

• B.Tech Lateral Entry: Diploma in relevant engineering branch with minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved).

• MBA: Graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) + valid MAH-MBA-CET score.

• MCA: Graduation with Mathematics at 10+2 or graduation level + minimum 50% marks + valid MAH-MCA-CET score.

• BBA/BCA: 10+2 with minimum 45% marks (Mathematics/IT compulsory for BCA).

Admission Process 

1. Register Online - Fill the application form on the official website or through DTE Maharashtra portal and pay the registration fee.

2. Appear for Entrance Exam - Qualify relevant test.

3. Participate in Counselling - Register for DTE CAP rounds, fill choices, and get seat allotment.

4. Document Verification - Report to the institute with original documents for verification.

5. Pay Fees & Confirm Seat - Complete fee payment to secure admission.

6. Join the Program - Attend orientation and start classes.
