Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree (following the 10+2+3 system) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution. Admission is based on scores from management entrance tests such as CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, or ATMA. Additionally, candidates must pass the Globsyn Aptitude Test (GAT).

GBS offers the following AICTE-approved programs: Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM): A two-year full-time program focusing on general management. PGDM – Business Analytics: A two-year full-time program specializing in business analytics. MBA (Global): A two-year full-time program in International Business, offered in collaboration with the Malaysia University of Science and Technology (MUST)
