GLS University has a dedicated and active Training & Placement Cell which works effortlessly for students. It has persistently maintained a commendable placement record for all the years of its existence. The cell aims for high employability by bridging the gap between students and industries. It primarily focuses on preparing graduates for teaching roles in schools and educational institutions. It has a Training and Placement Cell that provides assistance through guidance for job applications, Personality development workshops, counselling sessions, communication Skills training, connections to industry networks.

The placement team provides comprehensive support through its Placement Readiness Programme which works on resume building skills, case study workshops, mock group discussions, and personal interviews. It also organises guest lectures, corporate live projects and industry study treks. The teams provided career guidance too, to help students plan their future. Job roles are offered to students on the basis of their performance in interview and their academic performance. Some of the top job roles offered are Financial Analys, Accountantm Tax Advisor, Sales & Marketing, Channel Partner, Data Analyst, HR Trainee, Insurance Advisor, Relationship Manager, and many others.
