- Selection Process- Selection process usually includes evaluation of entrance exam scores, such as GEMS Admission Test (GAT/Online entrance). Shortlisted applicants are called for a personal interview and/or group discussion. Final selection is based on overall performance, including academic record, entrance score, communication skills, and interview performance.
