IBSAR, Navi Mumbai Mumbai Admission 2026: Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

Admission Process at IBSAR is as follows, 

1. Check Eligibility 

• MBA: Graduation in any discipline + valid CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/GMAT/CET score. If no score, you may take the IBSAR Test (60 mins – Maths, English, Logical Reasoning, GK).
• UG Programs (BBA, BCA, B.Com): Passed 10+2 (appearing candidates can also apply).

MCA: Graduation in a relevant discipline with minimum marks as per the criteria.
 

2. Application

• Fill the Application Form: Available online on the official website, or download and send it offline.
• Pay the Application Fee: Typically via Demand Draft (₹1,000) or online payment during registration.
• Submit Required Documents:
  • Passport-size photograph
  • 10th, 12th & graduation mark sheets

Entrance exam scorecard (if applicable)
 

3. Selection Process

• For MBA:
  • Shortlisting based on entrance exam score (CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/GMAT/CET).
  • Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) for shortlisted candidates.

• UG Programs:

Admission is generally based on merit (12th marks) and counselling/document verification.
 

4. Seat Confirmation

• Pay Seat Confirmation Fee: Demand Draft of INR 30,000 in favour of IBSAR at the time of interview/offer acceptance. This amount is adjusted in the first instalment of your course fees.

After payment, you receive a seat confirmation receipt.
 

5. Fee Payment & Enrollment

• Pay the first instalment within the stipulated timeline (usually within 30 days of admission).
• If availing a bank education loan, arrange for the bank to directly remit the fees within the same timeframe.

Important Tips

• Attend the GD/PI on scheduled dates (daily interviews are often conducted at the Navi Mumbai campus).
• Keep original documents ready for verification during counselling/admission.
