ICFAI Business School- IBS Kolkata Admission 2026: Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

Eligibility and Selection criteria- To pursue the PGPM Course, candidates have to pass the entrance exam first and must have a bachelor's degree from any recognized university with 50% aggregate marks. For reserved category students, have relaxation in the total aggregate marks obtained in university examinations. Selection criteria are based on entrance examinations such as IBSAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, and ATMA. These exams are acceptable and mandatory to pass to get admission in IBS Kolkata.

Follow the steps given below-

• Step 1. Search for the IFCAI IBS Kolkata official website and select the programs you want to apply for.
• Step 2. Go to the official website of IFCAI IBS Kolkata  https://ibsindia.org/ibs-kolkata/ 
• Step 3. Tap on ‘Admission Link' and register there with a valid mobile number and Email ID.
• Step 4. After successful registration, applicants will get a username and a password via email or SMS sent from a registered mobile number.
• Step 5. Log in with your username and password on the official page.
• Step 6. After successful login on the students' portal,l fill the application form carefully with all scanned documents.
• Step 7. Upload all required documents on the application form carefully.
• Step 8. After uploading the documents, the university will verify them documents. After verification, The payment link opens.
• Step 9. Pay the application fee and program fee with the help of payment links.
• Step 10. Confirm your application process and download the acknowledgment slip and fee receipt provided by ICFAI IBS Kolkata.

• Scanned copy of 10+2 marksheet of applicants (200kb)
• 10th certificate of applicants (150kb)
• Scanned copy of Provisional Certificate (if students do not have a Ug degree certificate)
• Self-attested copy of Medical Certificate (if applicable)
• Self-attested copy of Nativity Certificate (if applicable)
