ICFAI Business School- IBS Pune Admission 2026: Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

Admission process at IBS Pune: Follow the instructions for filing the application form. The admission procedure is fully online and requires with necessary documents. Pay the application fee and registration online after document verification.
 

Eligibility and Selection Criteria of IBS Pune- After completion of an undergraduate degree from any recognized university with 50% aggregate marks can apply for the PGPM program at ICFAI IBS Pune. Reserved category students have a relaxation of 5% in aggregate marks. Bachelor's degree holders from any faculty (science, arts, commerce) are eligible for admission in the PGPM program.

Entrance Exams will be accepted in IBS Pune, which include IBSAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, and ATMA. Before filling the application for ensure that, individuals have passed with a minimum percentage of examinations. 

Follow the steps-

• Step 1. Visit the official page of ICFAI IBS Pune 
• Step 2. Search for a program PGPM. 
• Step 3. Click on the New Registration Link and fill the registration form with valid information (email ID or mobile number)
• Step 4. After successful registration, the university will provide a login ID via email or registered mobile number number (username and password)
• Step 5. Log in to the students' portal with your Username and Password provided by the university. (Keep your login ID safe)
• Step 6. After logging in to the students' portal, fill in the application form with valid qualification documents Aadharr card, marksheet, photo, etc.).
• Step 7. Upload all the scanned documents in the application form carefully.
• Step 8. Submit your application form. The university will verify the uploaded documents and details.
• Step 9. After successful document verification , you will be able to pay the application fee and program fee online (UPI, Debit card, Credit Card, etc).
• Step 10. Confirm admission and download the acknowledgment receipt and program fee receipt provided by

the university.

Bring all the required documents at the time of filling of application form , and All Documents should be scanned from the original documents. Applicants have to upload all the documents given below in the List.
 

• Score Card of Entrance examinations such as  IBSAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, ATMA. 
• Original SLC or CLC Certificate 
• Original Migration Certificate
• Degree Certificate and Provisional Certificate
• 10th and 12th Marksheet – Attested by the College Principal
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Income Certificate (mandatory)
• Scanned copy of Online Application Form
• Scanned copy of Aadhar Card
• Passport Size Photograph
