IIT BHU Varanasi Admission 2026: Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

To apply for admissions at IIT BHU, Varanasi, it is important to fulfill eligibility criteria. For the UG programme, students must have cleared class 10th and 12th with aggregate 60% marks in related subjects from recognised boards of education. For the PG Programme, students must hold a 3 year Bachelor’s degree with 50% aggregate marks in related fields from a recognised board of University.

• Required Entrance Exam: JEE Main/GATE/IIT JAM/GPAT 
• Selection Criteria: Shortlisted students will have to clear a personal interview round or counselling conducted by the Institute.
