IIT Placement Overview
IIT Bhubaneswar offers placements and Summer Internships to its students. Its placement drive for 2025 is still ongoing. Some of the prominent recruiters are Amazon, Accenture, Infosys, DeltaX, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Sapiens, Flipkart, Goldman Sachs, FIITJEE, HCL Technologies, Deloitte, TVS Motors, Tata Advanced System, etc. In recent placements, the highest salary package offered to students was INR 67.6 LPA and the average salary package offered was INR 40.2 LPA.
Placements of the Institute are managed by its Career Development Cell which includes the Professor-In-Charge (PIC), faculty coordinators and student representatives. CDC allots a particular date to companies. Then, companies visit the campus on that day for interview. The Institute demonstrates strong placement records with 90% successful placements.
