Training & Placement Cell IIBF has a dedicated Training & Placement Cell. It begins grooming students from the first year, not just in the final year. Highest package in 2025 was INR 12-16 LPA, and the Average package is 3-4 LPA. The Cell organises soft-skill training, mock interviews, and occupational training to prepare students for different work cultures.
